Refund policy

FOR ONLINE PURCHASES (SHIPPED OUT OF STATE)

Returns

Our refund policy is 10 days from the date of delivery. If 10 days have gone by since the date of delivery, the sale is final and no refunds will be offered.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Final Sale - No Returns/Refunds: Gift cards + Sale Items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts will not be eligible for a refund. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be to the original form of payment. Depending on your financial institution, you should see the refund within 3-5 business days from the date we process the refund. 

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, double-check your bank statement and contact your financial institution first.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at leafboutiquemansfield@gmail.com and send your item to 154 Copeland Drive, Mansfield, MA 02048.

Shipping
To return your product, mail your return to 154 Copeland Drive, Mansfield, MA 02048.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
